Producer
Forward is seeking a passionate, motivated, and experienced Senior Producer to help shape the client roster and impact at Forward. Reporting to the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, the Senior Producer will help manage accounts and business, inform briefs, and manage a team in the execution of cool, fun, and relevant client work that uses technology to scale creativity and IP. We believe we can help our clients grow and reach their goals while considering our impacts to the environment and society. We know the power we have as purveyors of the digital future and are looking for a team member who wants to ensure we bring compelling and conscious solutions to our clients.
The new team member will help build and optimize workflow, and ensure projects are designed to be focused on the customer and their holistic needs. This will include business development strategy, client and partner relationship management, overseeing producers and vendors, and managing SOW’s, MSA’s, timelines, and budgets. Working in tandem with the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, you will ensure our brand values and technical expertise are applied to our work, which will be integral to the success of our studio.
Responsibilities
Conduct scoping, planning, costing and timing of projects
Manage producers and approve work at every stage of the process
Experience leading complex brand and marketing projects with multi-disciplinary teams and vendors throughout the entire project lifecycle facilitating effective team communication and collaboration
Experience working with strategy, user experience, design and development teams and deliverables
Accountable for project health leveraging existing tools and processes to monitor people, budget, time and status
Help to optimize delivery practices and techniques
Oversee contractors and vendors if required to deliver projects
Manage work across multiple platforms: Notion, Miro, Figma, Google ecosystem, Slack
Qualifications
5+ years years of experience in business development
5+ years collective experience in account management roles
Financial projection modeling and management
Experience working in the entertainment, technology, and social enterprise businesses
Experience working with music, movies, videogames IP, and storytelling
Strong technical skills specific to emerging technologies; including gaming, web3, AR, VR, MR, and consumer focused AI.
A deep understanding of how emerging technology can help entertainment businesses grow
You’ve led work that includes some the following capabilities: Strategy, creative, user experience, interactive and transmedia design, web3, brand experience
Project leadership experience is required
Available to work evenings and weekends as required
